The Cyberbuss is comprised of a group of Bay Area friends who refer to themselves as "cyberfreaks." They gather frequently to travel, participate in art festivals, inpromptu costume balls and theme-parties such as Burning Man and the Guerilla Roller Derby. Many of the group's activities are posted on the web, where a virtual community of close to 900 people worldwide can take virtual trips on the bus. The Cyberbuss is scheduled to leave the Bay Area in October, 2000. NOTE: some people chose to use their Cyberbuss alias names
for publication.
